Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Recruitment to the post of Director Works & Plant on a direct recruitment basis for a five-year term.

Recruitment To The Post Of Director Of Works and Plant: Eligible candidates should fill out the application form found on the website www.bausabour.ac.in. Candidates working in government/semi-government/public sector undertakings/autonomous institutions, etc., must apply through the proper channels. They must, however, submit an advance copy along with the required fee within the time frame specified. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. Age Criteria: There shall be no age limit for appointment to technical positions in the University such as Deans/Registrar/Directors/University Professor/Associate Professor or equivalent.
There will be no age limit for University employees seeking higher-level positions through direct recruitment procedures. The upper age limit for recruitment will be set by the Bihar Govt.

1. Interested candidates should download the APPLICATION FORM (Format-I) from the University's website, www.bausabour.ac.in. They are advised to read the instructions and submit on or before [27.01.2024 up to 5:00 PM].
2. The hard copy of the application, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents such as certificates for age proof, qualification, experience, caste, etc; and endorsement by the Employer (if currently employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous / Deemed), should reach the following address by registered / speed post only on or before [i.e. 12.02.2024 up to 5:00 PM]. 3. Applications sent via courier will not be accepted.
Selection Process: Academic qualifications and experience will be worth 70 points, while the interview will be worth 30 points. If the total marks obtained from educational qualifications and the interview are the same, the candidate with the higher marks in educational qualifications will be placed higher in the final merit list.
As a result, if two candidates have the same educational qualification marks, the Candidates who are older according to their date of birth will be placed higher in the final merit list, and candidates whose names appear alphabetically first in Devnagiri Script will be placed higher in the final merit list.
